Team

MVP Academy was launched in 2014 by TechHub Bucharest. MVP Academy 2017 is the 4th batch of our acceleration program. Needless to say, we had enough time to get it right.

  • Bogdan Iordache

    MVP Academy Director

Bogdan is the founder and board manager of How to Web and TechHub Bucharest. Tech entrepreneur at heart, Bogdan has been deeply involved with the development of the tech community in Bucharest and in the region, contributing to the development of other tech initiatives as Tech Angels and Innovation Labs. Bogdan has founded Conectoo, an email marketing service, sold to Conversion Marketing, and has worked as an investor with 3TS Capital Partners. Also, he has been a mentor for accelerator programs such as Seedcamp, Springboard, TechStars, Hub:raum, LauncHUB, Eleven or HackFWD.

  • Mircea Vadan

    Program Manager

Mircea’s focus is on digital products and acceleration programs for tech startups. Along the years he worked in 3 startups as business developer, marketing or product manager. In the last 2 years he focused on acceleration programs for startups and workshops on topics like customer validation, product definition, product metrics, user acquisition, user engagement and investment. Nowadays, he is working on MVP Academy and he also contributes to the startup ecosystem through his volunteer work at Cluj Startups.

  • Tudor Stanciu

    Startups Community Manager

Through the intellectual property and general legal advice he’s given in the past couple of years, Tudor has gained some valuable insight on what problems entrepreneurs and their projects face.
With a background in programming and law, he is now investing more time in understanding the “how”s and the “why”s, by expanding his horizons: he co-authored a couple of failed projects and a semi-profitable startup currently in pivoting mode, and he creates content and handles social media on a regular basis for This is NOT a Storm, Refuga and Digital2Law. As a Startups Community Manager at How to Web, Tudor is providing support for all the stakeholders involved in the Startup Spotlight competition.

  • Daniel Dragomir

CEO, How to Web & TechHub Bucharest

Actively promoting the development of the Romanian entrepreneurial ecosystem and local tech community, Daniel Dragomir is the CEO of How to Web as well as the Co-Founder of TechHub Bucharest, co-working space and meeting place for the Bucharest tech community. Experienced in marketing, sales and project management, Daniel has previously worked in the non-profit sector where he developed entrepreneurial education programs.

  • Gabriela Bejan

    PR Executive

Passionate about people and communication, Gabi started her career as a PR by volunteering in both NGOs and tech startups. Later on, she worked as a reporter for national newspapers and as a radio broadcaster.
From these experiences she learnt the dynamics of the field and she’d luck enough to become one of the journalists’ best briends: being part of the “hood”, she knows what to provide in order to get the most positive outcomes. She loves building communities and helping young talents unlock and boost their potential and, in her spare time, she enjoys reading fine literature, traveling and dancing to her favourite music.

  • Adriana Dumitrof

    Logistics Manager

Adriana draws her inspiration from the people who believe in their ideas and engineers them into reality. As a student in Engineering and Management, she’s always getting involved in different projects and she was
the Program Manager or IP Workshop (a summer camp for IT students). She took a step further trying to build her own startup, PillBuzz, which was part of MVP Academy Class of 2014. She’s now channelling her inner geek to manage and expand the community at TechHub Bucharest, while soaking up all the relevant knowledge in the area. Adriana loves reading, hiking, and she’s a declared coffee lover.
